When travelling with young children efficient, worry-free transfers are important. Our transfers enable families to travel during social hours and get children settled into resort before bedtime. To give you added peace of mind our Transfer Co-ordinator is available on the ‘phone in the Alps throughout the whole of the day and you will always be greeted by a member of our staff when you arrive through customs. Transfer options are:

• Coach Transfers:  included within the price of the holiday from Geneva to Les Coches and Reberty
• Flexible Transfers from Geneva to Ardent using minibuses and/or coaches
• Private Transfers to all resorts - solely for your family or party

Vehicles and Booking
We use a fleet of our own 8-seater minibuses, hire cars and private coaches, to provide all our transfers.  Please note that we do our utmost to ensure that seatbelts are available on all coaches but we cannot guarantee this.

Ideally, transfers should be booked at the time of booking the holiday, but if you have not yet decided whether to fly, take the train or drive, then you can make transfer bookings later.

Airports and Transfer Routes
Geneva is our usual airport for all resorts, being a hub for many low-cost flights. It is particularly well placed for our resort of Ardent being just a 90-minute transfer, and 3 hours by road to our resorts of Reberty and Les Coches. 

Coach Transfers from Geneva to Les Coches and Reberty

Family Ski Company coaches, included in the holiday price, are scheduled to depart at 14.30 for Les Coches and 14.00 for Reberty. We ask you to book flights to arrive at least an hour beforehand.

In the interests of other guests, it can be very difficult for us to delay departure if your flight should be delayed. We always do our best to help but it is sometimes impossible to do so without incurring additional cost, and we strongly suggest that your travel insurance should cover the cost of private transfer or taxi for missed connections. For guests in Saas-Fee we would help you organise a train transfer leaving from the airport. 

Return transfers

Our transfer service will leave your resort at 08.00.  We therefore advise booking return flights from Geneva after 13.30. During busy periods – French half term or when snow is forecast the transfer may leave earlier.  You will be advised of this in resort.

Flexible Transfers from Geneva Airport to Ardent

If you book flights to arrive between 11.00 and 15.30, you can take advantage of our flexible transfer service to Ardent for £35 per person, return inclusive.  Transfers are usually in minibuses or coaches, and may be shared with other families grouped to minimise waiting time.  If you do wish to guarantee being able to leave the airport before 11.00 or after 15.30, you can book a Private Transfer.

We will always help you if your flight should be delayed such that you arrive after 15.30, but you may need to pay for a Private or even a Taxi Transfer.  Again, we strongly suggest that your Travel Insurance should cover such missed connections.

Private Transfers to all Resorts

We can book return Private Transfers for you on any of the routes indicated below,at any times on arrival and departure day  -  within reason!   If you book a Private transfer, we will provide a vehicle and driver solely for your family or party.  Your driver will wait should your flight be delayed, and will meet you as soon as you arrive through Customs to go straight to your vehicle and leave the airport immediately. Return prices (indicative and subject to quote) will be:
