We ask all our guests what they think of the Family Ski Company through an on-line survey after their holiday and we use the feedback to refine continuously our service. We are immensely proud of the outstanding levels of satisfaction we deliver and the results below from the first half of this season 2009/10 show how well we are doing - 85% would definitely recommend us to a friend and 74% of families would definitely come again - and an overwhelming 96% believe we offer good value for money.
Cursons Family
This was our first holiday with Family Ski & our first chalet holiday too so we were a little apprehensive but we went on a recommendation from friends who have used family ski for the last 5 years & 6 visits. There was no need to worry as it was all you'd hope for and more, skiing, location, chalet & other guests, food & staff were all fantastic! The child care staff were very good with our 10 month old baby as it was his first time in childcare, we were able to stay in touch by mobile which made it easy coordinating when to go back to give him his feed keeping both mother and baby happy! We won’t be returning this year though due to the imminent arrival of our next baby but can’t wait to go back in 2011!

Smith Family - Saas Fee
This was our first time with Family Ski and it was fantastic. It was a great way to introduce our youngest children to skiing, and they made wonderful new friends at ski school and with the Hounds and Huskies. Our teenager was also kept happy! The staff at La Collina are lovely and made us relaxed and welcome, the food is delicious!! There is also plenty to do to keep non-skiiers occupied too. We will be back next year.

We will definitely be booking again next year - absolutely outstanding family holiday. Each one of us had a great time! The staff are professional, flexible, friendly and wonderful with the kids. Having ski helpers at ski school is inspired and turned our tearful four year old on day one to a grinning skiing enthusiast by day six. We cannot recommend you enough, would like to thank the Ardent team for making our stay so enjoyable and look forward to seeing you again next year!

What a brilliant total holiday experience in Saas Fee. The best chalet holiday I have had in the last 25 years.Excellent location, facilities, cuisine and a staff team second to none.The children loved it,so did the adults it was one big happy family for the whole week. Highly recommend Family Ski to any family looking for a total and enjoyable experince for everyone in the family.

Can't recomend the family ski company highly enough. Lovely, homely chalet with excellent facilities - particularly the swim/spa area. Great staff - very friendly and always keen to help. Fantastic food - amazed by the quality and the range. Great place to ski - something there for all levels. Would definitely suggest you give it a go - I am sure you would not be disappointed.

Clark Family – Les Coches
We had an absolutely fantastic holiday once again. It is our third year with Family Ski and we had as good a time as always. The kids were brilliantly looked after and had a ball which means that the whole family had a great time. We will certainly book again and are just trying to work out when we might be able to come next year. I have already sent one enquiry e-mail and was amazed to find that you are already filling up fast. We are obviously not the only people who think you are great!

The chalet was even better that expected, well designed and the living area was great – especially with kids in mind. Location couldn’t be better. The Powder Pups and Hounds worked well for us – the staff were very good – friendly and knowledgeable. Our baby was clearly very happy there. In summary – this was one of the best skiing holidays we have been on. Right down to the last day – when we were driven down to Geneva on our own – really personal service.

Beaumont Family – Les Coches
We are repeat guests and the location is unbeatable, the meals were spot on and the kids meals were sensible and with plenty of vegetables, our daughter enjoyed them all. The crèche is great, the whole set-up meant that I could spend the day on the mountain with teenage boys and Mrs. B. then return at 4.30 to a very happy daughter. Skiing range even better with Vanoise Express which is so easily accessible from your chalets.

I have to say that Family Ski Company was family and child friendly at its best. The booking procedure and the personal service when I first phoned up set the tone, and the advice and check phone call before departure was great, the service seemed so personal.
The staff in Les Coches were absolutely fantastic.... They were such a friendly and genuine bunch who seemed completely interested in making our stay a pleasant one, we never got the impression that anything was too much trouble, they were flexible and lovely to the children.

Reynolds Family
We stayed in Reberty and took the whole of Chalet Genevieve with a group of friends. The kids ages ranged from 2 to 12 and every single one of them had a fantastic time. They are all still talking about the guys who looked after them now. Can't recommend family ski enough - we've already rebooked for next year!
